Wines
Our wines express their terroir. This project aims to make the best possible wine and not to produce large quantities. We made only 2,000 bottles of the first vintage and although we can now produce 41,000, we will never sacrifice our principles of quality for the sake of a larger quantity.

The basis of the quality of our wine is a constant and thorough dedication to our vineyards. The terroir and the bush vines require that all tasks are manual. In the winery all processes (grape reception, fermentation, ageing, racking and bottling) are under strict control. At the same time, we take into account the advice and age-old customs of the villagers who made wines for their own consumption over hundreds of years in traditional underground cellars.
