Our award winning wines reflect their terroir. Our objective is to make the best possible wine and not to produce large quantities. We made only 2,000 bottles of the first vintage and although we now produce 41,000, we will never sacrifice our principles of quality for the sake of a larger quantity.
The basis of the quality of our fine Spanish wines is a constant and thorough dedication to our vineyards. The terroir and the bush vines mean that all the tasks are manual. In the winery the whole wine process from the grape reception, to fermentation, ageing, racking and bottling) is strictly controlled. At the same time, we take into account the advice and age-old customs of the villagers who made wine for their own consumption over hundreds of years in traditional underground cellars.
